When you book or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, and service address. For bookings we also store appointment details and any preferences you share. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To schedule and deliver your mobile appointment, match you with the right professional, send confirmations and reminders, process payment, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with the professional assigned to your appointment (name, address, service) and with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, messaging, payments). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
4. Communications
By booking or providing your number you agree to receive transactional messages (confirmations, reminders) by SMS and email. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; reply STOP to SMS.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@hairqut.com. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
