1. Services
Hairqut provides mobile hair services delivered to your location by independent professionals across Greater Montreal. Service availability and pricing depend on the selected service, professional, and area.
2. Bookings & payment
Fixed-price services are paid in full at checkout. Services shown as a price range collect the displayed deposit at checkout; the remaining amount is settled after the on-site consultation and will not exceed the displayed maximum without your agreement. Payment starts a booking request. The appointment is final only after Hairqut rechecks the selected time, creates the booking, and sends written confirmation.
3. Cancellations
Contact support to cancel or request a reschedule. A cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment is eligible for a full refund. A cancellation within 24 hours, or a no-show, may retain a $25 CAD cancellation fee; any remaining prepaid amount is refunded.
4. On-site requirements
Please provide a safe, accessible space with access to a power outlet. We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe conditions; the cancellation fee may apply in such cases.
5. Independent professionals
Professionals operate independently on the Hairqut platform. Hairqut facilitates booking, payment, and support. Profile specialties, experience, and service areas reflect onboarding information and the services currently configured on the platform.
6. Booking failure & refunds
If the selected time becomes unavailable after checkout, Hairqut does not create the appointment and initiates a refund. If a professional cannot honour a paid booking and no reassignment is available, Hairqut initiates a full refund. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Liability & contact
